• Conservative / postoperative
• Injuries, tendon instabilities in the area of the metacarpophalangeal and carpometacarpal joint (e.g. skier’s thumb)
• Arthrosis of the radial carpus and MCP 1
• Moderate to severe rhizarthrosis with marked subluxation with/without hypermobility of the carpo-metacarpal joint
• De Quervain's tendovaginitis stenosans
• Mobile phone thumb
• Following fractures
EFFECT
• Stabilisation of the metacarpo-phalangeal and carpo-metacarpal joint
• Restriction of wrist movement
• Preservation of grip function

• Anatomically mouldable aluminium inlay
• Circular strap with forearm sling and block to prevent sliding out
